Case Study
He said all of this himself, on camera. What follows is his account, grouped by topic, with nothing added to his words.
Why this one
Nine clients recorded a testimonial. Jared gave the longest account and the clearest before and after, and he stated both numbers in his own voice rather than having them stated for him. That is why his is the one written out in full. Every line below in quotation marks is his.
What was wrong
"One thing that I hated before signing up with AR is I didn't have the time or knowledge to put the entire back end of my business together and it was costing me money."
Note what he does not say. He does not say his coaching was weak, or that he had no leads, or that his offer was priced wrong. He says the back end. The part between a lead arriving and a client signing. He knew it was costing him money and he did not have the time or the knowledge to fix it.
The number before
"My sales numbers before signing up with AR was probably around like 30K a month."
About $30,000 a month. That is a real coaching business with real clients in it. It is not a beginner's number, and the thing he wanted fixed was not a beginner's problem.
Why he nearly did not sign
"So my biggest skepticism that I had was I didn't really know them all that well. I met Mike at a conference. I had never met him before."
This is the honest part and it is worth leaving in. He did not know the team. He had met Mike at a conference and had never met him before that.
What changed his mind
"It wasn't until him and I talked and he showed me how actual deep and well done their fulfillment is, and then I knew it was the right decision."
"What got me talking with Mike was I met him at a conference and he seemed like a really good dude and it seemed like he could solve my problem. So that's when we set up a call."
What moved him was a call with Mike, where he was shown how deep and well done the fulfillment is. The free audit starts the same way: a look at your own back end before you decide anything.
The number after
"And then my highest month I've ever had with AR was about 115."
"My best month since joining AR was about 115K."
About $115,000 in his best month. He states it twice in the same recording, and both times he hedges it with the word about. The hedge is his, and it is kept here.
What actually changed day to day
"The biggest relief that I have since joining AR is just knowing that everything is taken care of from the moment a lead comes into my ecosystem."
"I know they're getting nurtured. I know sales are going to happen. I know conversations are happening and that it's going to eventually result in acquisition."
Three sentences that each start with I know. Before AR, by his own account, he did not have the time or the knowledge to build that back end. Now he describes it as taken care of from the moment a lead comes in.
What the number meant to him
"Hitting over hundred K in a month. It was pretty cool. It was just an undeniable belief breaker."
"Cause I remember when I started coaching like way back in the day, I just wanted to make like 80 grand a year. Cause that's what like a nurse would make."
"So then on paper to have made over six figures in a single 30 day period of time was just kind of pretty wild. It almost didn't feel real, but you can't argue with the numbers."
He once hoped to make about $80,000 in a year. He made more than that in a single month. He is not claiming that is normal or that it will happen to you. He is saying it happened to him and it moved what he thought was possible.
What he says to someone on the fence
"If someone's on the fence about joining AR, just do it. Absolutely do it. Your future self will thank you and it's going to make you a lot of money."
Jared's problem was the back end. The audit looks at yours, on your numbers, before anyone talks about working together.
Ten questions, about two minutes. Nothing to pay and nothing to install.
