What we collect
When you opt in to a playbook, take the quiz, submit an application, order a hat, or chat with our team through this site, we collect: your name, email, phone number, and the messages you send us. If you submit an Instagram audit request we also pull publicly visible profile signals (bio, follower count, recent posts) — no password, no login, only what's already public.
We may also collect basic technical data: IP, browser type, device, and how you got to the site (UTM parameters from ads or shared links).
How we use it
- To deliver what you asked for (the playbook, the audit, the call).
- To follow up by text and email about your funnel and our services.
- To improve the site and the products we build.
- For Meta Ads + analytics attribution — so we can keep showing the right people, not random people.
Who we share it with
We share your data with the platforms we use to run the business: Meta (Facebook/Instagram) for ad attribution, HighLevel (GHL) as our CRM, Supabase for storage, Twilio + similar providers for SMS, and Stripe when you buy a hat. We don't sell your data. We don't trade lists.
Cookies + tracking
The site uses cookies and pixels (Meta Pixel, our own tracking script, GA-style tools) to know when an ad worked, when an opt-in happened, and how the site is being used. You can block these in your browser settings; doing so won't break the site for you.
Your rights
You can ask us to see, update, or delete any data we hold on you at any time. Reply to any text or email from us, or write to team@arfunnel.io. We respond within 5 business days.
