The First Lead Magnet Kit
Work top to bottom. Pick a format, fill the template, pick two hooks, run the checklist. Done means published, not perfect.
Part 1: The 5 formats that work for fitness coaches
The Checklist / Cheat Sheet
One page. A do-this-then-this list that solves one narrow problem. Example: "The 5-Step Sunday Checklist My Clients Use to Stay on Track All Week."
The 5-Day Challenge
One small action per day for five days, delivered by email or community post. Example: "The 5-Day Core Reset for Busy Dads."
The Calculator / Self-Test
They answer questions, they get a score or a number. Example: a macro calculator, or a "What is your #1 training bottleneck?" quiz.
The Plan Sampler
Week 1 of your real paid program, given away whole. Example: "The Exact Week 1 From My 12-Week Strength Rebuild."
The Mini Training
Three short videos (3 to 7 minutes each) teaching one framework. Example: "The 3-Video Crash Course: Why Your Cut Stalls After Week 4."
Part 2: Fill-in-the-blanks build template
Title formula:
The number -step outcome format for exact person who want result without the thing they hate .
Promise line (goes at the top of page 1):
"By the end of this you will specific result in timeframe , even if their biggest objection ."
Body, section 1 (The Mistake): name the one mistake that keeps person stuck. One paragraph. Make them feel seen, not stupid.
Body, section 2 (The 3 Steps): Step 1: Step 2: Step 3: . Each step is one action plus one sentence of why it works.
Body, section 3 (Do This Next): one CTA only. "DM me the word keyword " or "Book the free audit." Never both.
Part 3: 10 opt-in hook formulas
| # | Formula | Example for a coach |
|---|---|---|
| 01 | Specific number: [N] [who] used this to [outcome] in [time] | "37 busy dads used this checklist to drop their first 10 lbs in 6 weeks." |
| 02 | Steal mine: Steal the exact [asset] my clients pay $[price] for | "Steal the exact week-1 plan my 1:1 clients pay $250/mo for." |
| 03 | Without: [Outcome] without [hated thing] | "Lean out without tracking every almond." |
| 04 | The costly mistake: The [niche] mistake costing you [cost] | "The cutting mistake that is costing you a year of progress." |
| 05 | Wrong suspect: Still [pain]? It is not your [assumed cause] | "Still stuck at the same weight? It is not your discipline." |
| 06 | Case proof: How [client] got [outcome] in [time], full breakdown | "How Sarah added 40 lbs to her deadlift in 12 weeks, full breakdown." |
| 07 | Minutes a day: [Outcome] in [tiny time] a day | "A stronger core in 9 minutes a day. No equipment." |
| 08 | Identity: For [identity] who refuse to [compromise] | "For lifters over 40 who refuse to train like they are 22." |
| 09 | Tiny commitment: Can you do [small action] for 5 days? | "Can you give me 10 minutes a day for 5 days? That is the whole ask." |
| 10 | Boring truth: The "boring" [thing] behind every [result] you see here | "The boring grocery list behind every transformation photo on this page." |
Run hook #1 and one other for 48 hours each. Keep whichever pulls more opt-ins. Do not debate it in your head, let the audience vote.
