The 3C ChallengeDay 1 of 3

Content That Converts

Stop creating. Start strategizing. By the end of this session you will know exactly which of your posts are load bearing, which three jobs content has to do, where every post sends the person who read it, and how to ship thirty days of it in one sitting.

Open cold, no theory

The ten post audit

Everybody opens their own feed right now. Last ten posts, two columns. Column one is what the post taught. Column two is where it sent the person who read it. Fill it in honestly, out loud, together.

The postWhat it taughtWhere it sent them
Macro myth carouselHow protein targets actually workNONE
Client before and afterThat you get resultsNONE

Macro calculator postHow to set a deficitCalculator opt in
The score. Nine out of ten coaches finish this exercise with one row in the right hand column, sometimes zero. That single number is the whole reason the next 85 minutes exist.
02

The diagnosis

Ninety percent of the effort produces a view and nothing after it

The content is not bad. It got made, it got posted, it got read. Then it ended. There was no next step inside it, so the person who was interested had nowhere to go and did the only thing available, which was scroll.

What coaches think is broken

  • The hook was weak
  • The algorithm buried it
  • Not posting often enough
  • Need better editing, better lighting, better b roll
  • Need a bigger audience first

What is actually broken

  • The post has no destination
  • Every post does the same job, so nothing builds
  • Nothing asks for a conversation
  • Proof and teaching never sit next to each other
  • There is no system, so output depends on mood
Say this line out loud on the session. A post that teaches and stops is a free consultation you gave to a stranger who will never contact you again.
03

The framework

The three pillar system

Every piece of content does exactly one of three jobs. Most coaches only ever run the first one, which is why the audience grows and the calendar does not.

Pillar 01

Educational

Earns the read. Teaches one thing the right person can use today.

Trap: it is the comfortable one, so it eats the whole calendar.

Pillar 02

Proof

Earns the trust. A real client, a real number, a real timeline.

Trap: posted as a photo with no story, so it reads as a flex instead of evidence.

Pillar 03

Engagement

Starts the conversation. Its entire job is a reply, not a save.

Trap: most coaches post zero of these in a month.

Educational without Proof is a library. Proof without Engagement is a highlight reel. Engagement without either is noise. The three only work as a set.

04

The build

The weekly mix, six slots

Rule for the room. If a slot cannot name where it sends someone, the slot is not finished. Do not post it, fix it.
05

The connection

Content to lead magnet mapping

A lead magnet is not a PDF you have. It is the next logical step for the exact problem the post just raised. The Clear Outcome formula: name the outcome, name the time it takes, name who it is not for.

Day 1 builds steps one and two. Steps three and four are Day 2 and Day 3, which is why the order matters.

06

The metric

Viral is not valuable

Reach is not the score. The score is how many people moved from reading to a destination you control. One number, tracked weekly, and it is the only content metric that has ever predicted revenue in this system.

Content, Conversation, Conversion. As one ecosystem. This is not magic, it is methodology.

Two that are published, said as they are. Jared Hamilton came to AR doing $30k a month and went to $115k months. Brad was consistently in the $40-50k a month range and went to $145k months. Neither of them added a posting day. They changed where the content sent people and what happened after it arrived.
07

The system

The batch framework, thirty days in four hours

The expensive part of content was never filming. It was deciding. Do the deciding once for a month and the filming collapses into one sitting.

HourWhat happensWhat exists at the end of it
Hour 1Fill the calendar against the three pillars30 slots, each with a pillar, a topic and a destination
Hour 2Film Educational and Proof back to backOne setup, one outfit, one light, roughly 20 pieces
Hour 3Film EngagementShorter takes, one idea each, roughly 10 pieces
Hour 4Captions and scheduling in one passThirty days queued and off your mind
  1. Never batch without the calendar filled first. Filming before deciding is how a four hour session becomes three weekends.
  2. One setup per pillar block. Changing clothes between pieces is the hidden hour nobody counts.
  3. Write captions after filming, never during. Two different jobs, two different brains.
  4. Leave four slots empty on purpose. That is where this week's real client story goes when it happens.
08

Before Day 2

Your homework

Task one

Mark every NONE

Go back to your ten post audit and mark every row where the second column says NONE. That list is your backlog, in priority order, already written.

Task two

Write one Engagement post

Not educational, not proof. One post whose entire job is to start a conversation with the right person. Bring it to Day 2, because Day 2 is what happens after they reply.

Post it in the group before 12:00 PM Central tomorrow. Day 2 opens on the replies these generate, so the coaches who did the homework get their own threads worked on live.
