From follow up to follow through. Day 1 gave the content a destination. Day 2 gave the destination a conversation. Today the conversation stops depending on whether you remembered, and at the end of the session I show you how to book a 15 minute call with my team and what the in-person Operator Workshop is.
The opening statement
Your leads are currently in four places: Instagram DMs, your email inbox, your text messages, and a spreadsheet you made a while ago and stopped updating. Nobody is going to reconcile those by hand every morning, which is why nobody does, which is why the follow up dies.
| Stage | What puts them here | What moves them out |
|---|---|---|
| 01 New | Opted in, first touch not yet answered | Any reply at all |
| 02 Engaged | Replied once, no problem named yet | They name a specific problem |
| 03 Qualified | Problem named, situation known, fit confirmed | They ask about how you work |
| 04 Call booked | Time on the calendar | Call happens or reschedules |
| 05 Decision | Call done, offer made | Yes, no, or a date to revisit |
| 06 Nurture | Real fit, wrong timing | The date they gave you arrives |
Sorting the list
A score is not a personality test. It is three yes or no facts that decide who gets a person and who gets a sequence.
Signal 01
Did they act
Opened the magnet, replied, clicked the case study, watched past halfway. Behaviour, not intention.
Signal 02
Do they fit
Right avatar, right stage, can actually afford the outcome. One question in the magnet form answers this.
Signal 03
Is it now
Named a timeline, or named a problem that is currently costing them. Absent both, they are nurture, not pipeline.
The framework
It takes eight touches. Almost every coach stops at two, which means the entire cost of getting that lead was paid and the return was never collected.
Built live in GHL
| Touch | When | Channel | What it actually says |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Minute 0 | SMS | Here is the thing you asked for, plus one line proving a person is here |
| 2 | Day 1 | The outcome the magnet points at, explained, with one client who got it | |
| 3 | Day 2 | DM | One question about their situation that cannot be answered yes or no |
| 4 | Day 4 | The objection nobody says out loud, answered before they have to ask | |
| 5 | Day 7 | SMS | A single specific offer of help, no link, no pitch |
| 6 | Day 11 | Proof at their scale, not your best case ever | |
| 7 | Day 16 | DM | Reference what they said in touch three, by name, because you kept it |
| 8 | Day 23 | The straight one: is this still a problem, yes or no, both answers are fine |
Diagnostic, done live on their numbers
Four numbers, taken from last month, and the smallest one is your whole problem. Everyone in the room runs this on their own business before the session ends.
| Measure | Healthy | If yours is lower |
|---|---|---|
| Post to opt in | Rising monthly | Day 1 problem. The content has no destination |
| Opt in to reply | Above 20% | Day 2 problem. Wrong channel or too slow |
| Reply to call booked | Above 30% | Day 2 problem. Pitching during qualification |
| Call booked to closed | Above 30% | Day 3 problem. Unqualified people are reaching your calendar |
What it looks like once it runs
Jared, in his own words, changed the back end: he did not have the time or the knowledge to put it together himself, and it was costing him money. Brad described it as basically doubling, with $145K his biggest month. The 77 percent and the $30M+ are totals across the accounts this build runs in, not a promise about yours.
You stop being the ceiling of your own business.
What coaches say changed, in their wordsThe next step, last 30 minutes
Three days of this challenge gives you the map. The next step is 15 minutes with my team: we look at your numbers, map the 3C system to your business live, and tell you straight what to build first.
On the call 01
Your numbers
Where your leads come from, and where they go quiet between the post and the call.
On the call 02
