Conversations That Convert, run of show

Internal document. Day 2 is the build heavy session: twenty minutes of it is GHL on screen. The deck driver and the host are different people today, because one of them is in the product the whole time.

The one that breaks this session. Sending a live SMS from a sub account with no number attached. Send one test to your own phone at 11:25 and watch it arrive before you go live.

The open

Host says. Yesterday you gave your content somewhere to send people. Today is the part everyone skips. Open your DMs and scroll to the last message you sent that never got answered. Do it now, I will wait. Read it back to yourself, and notice that it asked for a call and it was probably the second thing you ever said to that person.

The 90 minutes

Segment by segment

Clock CTMinSegmentWhat happens on screenDeck
12:006Welcome and homework roll callCamera only. Name the three coaches whose posts you are using todayHero
12:068The thread that went quietEveryone in their own DMs. Host reads one of their own dead threads out loud first01
12:1414The channel ruleThree cards, then the moment table. Ask which channel they currently use for everything02

12:3520The Priming System, built in GHLSwitch to GHL. Build all four steps. Keep the deck flow diagram up on the second screen for orientation04
12:5510Starters that sound humanBack to deck. Read the bad column out loud in a flat voice, then the good column normally05
13:0515Objections, live on their threadsThe objection table, then work the three homework threads the moderator pulled06
13:205Soft pitch and hard pitchTwo cards. Name the signal that moves you from one to the other07
13:255Homework and Day 3Four boxes and three messages. Say plainly that Day 3 runs 120 minutes and ends with the reveal08
Timing risk. The GHL build at 12:35 is the segment that eats Day 2. Hard stop at 12:55 even if the fourth step is half built, because the objection work at 13:05 is what makes people show up for Day 3.

Moderator, during

Chat plan

  1. 12:10. Ask the room to paste the last line of a thread that went quiet. Collect, do not respond.
  2. 12:30. Post the channel rule in one line so it is screenshot ready.
  3. 12:40. While GHL is on screen, answer setup questions in chat so the host never breaks the build.
  4. 13:05. Hand the host the three homework threads in order, with the coach name each time.
  5. 13:25. Post the Day 3 link and the time, and say out loud in chat that Day 3 is two hours.

The close

Host says. Tonight, one page, four boxes: lead magnet, first message, second message, the ask. Then write three messages with what we just did and send the first one to a thread that went quiet. Bring me what they said. Tomorrow is Conversion, it runs two hours instead of ninety minutes, and the last half hour is the thing I have not talked about yet. 12 Central.
