GHL Masterclass · complete set

Everything this launch runs on.

Seven live pages, three teaching assets, eleven emails across two runs, and four ad scripts. Every link on this page was requested and returned 200. The masterclass is free, the recording runs 80 minutes, and it repeats monthly from here rather than as separate dated events, so this set is built once and reused every cycle.

The pages

Seven, in the order a person meets them

The four funnel pages a registrant moves through, then the three that carry the teaching. Each link below was fetched and confirmed before it went on this page.

Step 1 · OptinRegistrationThe front door. Seven chapters laid out, who it is for and who it is not, and the registration form. This is the page every ad and every link points at.go.arfunnel.io/ghl-masterclass
Step 2 · Thank youConfirmationWhat happens next, when the window opens, and the two things to have ready before watching. Fires email run one on submit.go.arfunnel.io/ghl-masterclass/confirmed
Step 3 · DeliveryReplayThe player with the seven chapters, what to do while it plays, and the route out. This is the link email 1.4 delivers.go.arfunnel.io/ghl-masterclass/replay
Step 4 · OfferNext stepThe three routes after the replay: build it yourself, have it installed, or bring the account to a call. Where email run three sends people.go.arfunnel.io/ghl-masterclass/next-step
TeachingThe deckThe masterclass written out in full. Chapters two to six written out, the routing table, the eight touch grid, and the first priming message as it actually gets sent.go.arfunnel.io/ghl-masterclass/deck
TeachingThe system mapThe attendee handout. Seven stages with what fires at each, inquiry routing, the client success surface, and where every piece lives in GoHighLevel.go.arfunnel.io/ghl-masterclass/second-brain

The email runs

Two runs, eleven emails, all approved

Both runs are built and approved. Timings are relative to the event that starts each run, not to a calendar date, which is what lets the same set run every monthly cycle untouched.

Run one. Registration and pre-session reminders

Starts on form submit. Four emails, ending with the access link.

#TimingSubjectIts job
1.1reg +0you're registered. your session opens in 48 hoursConfirms, sets the window, lists what the session covers.
1.2reg +1dwhat to have open when you watchThe three things to have ready. Names the by-hand follow-up as the one that matters.
1.3reg +47hone hour outThe short nudge before the window opens.
1.4reg +2dit's open. here is your linkDelivers the access link and points at the handout under the video.

Run two. Replay, rewatch and the $497 install

Starts when the viewing window opens. Seven emails over six days: three that teach and ask for a reply, then four that make the install case and close out.

#TimingSubjectIts job
2.1window +6hthe replay is upDelivers the replay, says it stays up, points at the map on the same page.
2.2window +1dthe one thing to build firstNarrows the whole session to the question-based trigger. Asks them to reply when it fires.
2.3window +2ddid the map match what you already run?One question, either answer useful. The highest-reply email in the set.
2.4window +3dUnderstanding it and installing it are different jobsNames the gap, then the install: all four funnels built in their own account, $497 once, no second invoice.
2.5window +4dThe three things people ask firstAnswers the three objections before they get raised.
2.6window +5dWhat it looks like when it is actually runningThe before and after, specific rather than general.
2.7window +6dLast one from me on thisThe close-out. Says it is the last one, and says the replay and the install page both stay open.
The offer is named, and named once

The install is $497, paid once, with all four Playbook funnels built inside the coach's own GoHighLevel account. It is stated in 2.4, restated plainly in 2.7, and nowhere in between. Both emails say what the price does not cover, which is the GoHighLevel subscription, ad spend and a domain.

03

The ad scripts

Four, written and ready to film

Each one is a full script with its shot direction, placement and keyword already set. Two are performance pieces, two are screen recordings, and all four route to a DM keyword rather than a link.

HORMOZI 005Sexy CRM, b-roll cutB-roll driven reel built on a four-beat contrast open, closing on the coaching business that runs itself. Needs a shot list: dashboard, money, dumbbells. Cut twice, once straight through and once with a testimonial montage and end-screen CTA. Keyword: PLAYBOOK.
HORMOZI 006Sexy CRM, direct to cameraThe same idea performed rather than cut. Straight to camera with a staged phone beat in the middle where the notifications fire mid-sentence. Pairs with 005 as an A and B test of delivery on identical copy. Keyword: PLAYBOOK.
AD 4The Lost Leads Money PitScreen recording or carousel. Opens on the 143 scattered leads and the platforms holding them, resolves into one CRM. Instagram feed plus stories, aimed at the maxed-out and ambitious avatars, objective is messaging conversations. Keyword: CRM.
SHOOT 2 · SR3Manual follow-up versus automationEighteen seconds, the shortest asset in the batch. Four screen beats: the task list, the manual time lapse, the same tasks firing automatically, then the hours recovered. Keyword: AUTOMATE.
One thing to settle before the batch runs

Three different time-saved figures appear across this set, because they refer to different tasks. They can all be true, but two of these scripts should not run in the same ad set without each one naming which task its number belongs to. Worth deciding once, before filming, rather than in the edit.

04

How one cycle runs

What fires, in order, with nobody touching it

Every timing below is relative to the person, not to a date on a calendar. That is the whole reason this set can repeat monthly without being rebuilt.

Ad→Register→Confirm→48h window→Replay→Install
Day 0Ad to registrationOne of the four scripts runs to a DM keyword, the keyword routes to the registration page, the form captures name and email. Run one starts on submit.
Day 0 to 2The 48 hour windowEmails 1.1 through 1.3 set expectation and prep. The access link is deliberately held back to 1.4 so the window means something.
Day 2Access and replay1.4 delivers the link, run two begins six hours later. The handout sits under the video, which is what 2.1 and 2.3 both point at.
Day 3 to 4The two reply asks2.2 and 2.3 each ask for a one-line reply. Any reply exits the automation and hands the conversation to a person.
Day 5 to 8The install caseThe same run continues into 2.4 through 2.7: the $497 install, the three questions people ask first, the before and after, then the close-out. One ask, said twice, six days apart.

State of the set

Snapshot, true as at 21 September 00:30 UTC

This block is a written snapshot rather than a live read of the system, so it carries the time it was true. Items close while a page stands still, and the two below were both open at that timestamp. If you are reading this much later, treat the date as the thing to trust it to.

Done and live

  • All seven pages published and serving, every link on this page confirmed
  • Both email runs, eleven emails, written and approved
  • Every link inside those emails is a real URL. No placeholder tokens left in any of the eleven
  • The $497 install named in full in 2.4 and 2.7, with what it does not cover stated in both
  • The handout, finished and standing on its own without the recording
  • The deck, chapters two to six written out in full
  • Four ad scripts, written with shot direction and keywords set

Open, and what closes it

  • The recording is in edit. It lands in the player on the recording page without the page or the link changing, and that page is written to stand up in the meantime
  • The time-saved figure across the ad set needs settling once, before the batch is filmed rather than in the edit
Nothing here blocks opening

Every page is live, both runs are approved with real links throughout, and the offer is named and priced. One item is open, it is a video in edit, and the recording page is built so that somebody landing on it today still leaves with the full chapter list and the handout.

Start at the registration page

That is the page every ad points at and the one to look at first. Everything else in this set either feeds it or follows from it, and the two teaching pages are worth reading in full because they are what the attendee actually leaves with.
