The master recording

Filmed once, plays every cycle.

One recording of the full masterclass, edited to stand on its own, and it is the same file every future cycle plays. The running order below is the finished cut with its timestamps, so you can see exactly what is in it and where. The recording is being added to the player. The running order, the chapter timings and the handout are all final and available now.

On the recording

It is filmed and in edit. This player is where it lands, and the page does not change when it does, so the link you have now is the link that works later. Every timestamp below is from the locked cut, which is why they are exact rather than approximate.

The running order

Seven chapters, 80 minutes, in build order. Chapters two through six are the five sections of the session; the first sets up why the order matters and the last is what to do tonight.

00:00 · 4 minWhy the order mattersThe four places a coach's leads currently live, and why no automation can see the whole of a person split across them. Sets up the build sequence everything after this follows.
04:00 · 14 minPipeline architectureThe seven stages laid out in a real account. Lead scoring and segmentation on top of them, the four funnels each stage serves, and the rule underneath all of it: if it is not in your CRM, it does not exist.
18:00 · 22 minThe Conversation Priming SystemThe longest chapter, and the one the session is named after. Pre-conversation automation, the question-based trigger and its four routes, and the value first DM framework written out message by message.
40:00 · 13 minThe follow-up sequenceThe eight touch grid across SMS, DM and email over eleven days. Which four touches give rather than ask, where objection handling sits, and why the exit conditions get built before any of the messages.
53:00 · 9 minScheduling and dripCalendar booking with the no-show branch, content scheduling, and drip release relative to join date rather than a calendar date. Ends on when a countdown is real and when it is theatre.
62:00 · 14 minThe live buildSteps one to five built on screen in a real GoHighLevel account: stages, the question trigger, the four-message run, the eight touches with their exits, then the calendar. Nothing described that is not also built.
76:00 · 4 minWhat to build tonightThe single piece worth building first if nothing else gets done, built against the follow-up you currently send by hand every week.

What you get from it

Four things leave with you, and three of them are usable before the recording lands.

Before you press play

Have these three ready

  • Your GoHighLevel account, logged in, on a second screen if you have one
  • The one follow-up you send by hand every week, copied somewhere you can paste from. That message is what gets rebuilt while you watch
  • Your last ten inbound conversations, just to notice where each one stalled

How people watch it

  • One sitting, then a second pass with the account open. Nothing here expires
  • Or straight to 18:00 if your pipeline is already clean, and lose nothing
  • Or 62:00 first if you want to see it built before you hear the reasoning
If you only do one of the three

Do the second. Everything in the priming chapter and the live build is aimed at that one message, and having the exact words to hand is the difference between watching a build and doing one.

Running the cycle before it lands

The recording is the last piece and it is the only one still moving. Nothing else waits on it, and this section is here so that nobody has to improvise an answer about it.

If somebody asks when

The honest version, and the one to use

It is filmed and it is in edit. I am not going to give you a date I might miss, so here is the deal instead: the moment it is cut it appears on the page you already have, at the link you already have, and you get an email telling you it is there.

In the meantime the session is written out in full and the system map is finished, so there is nothing in that recording you cannot already read or build from today.

That answer works because it is true, and because everything it promises is already live. It does not need a date to be satisfying.
What not to say

Do not give a week. A missed date on the one open item is the thing that makes a finished launch feel unfinished, and there is no upside to guessing when the honest answer already lands well.

What the team can do with it today

The chapter list is not a placeholder for the recording. It is a working document, and three jobs can be finished off it before a single frame is cut.

Job oneCut the clips list from the timestampsSeven chapters with exact in and out points are already a shot list for short form. The 18:00 to 40:00 block alone is the priming system end to end, which is four or five clips without opening an editor to find them.
Job twoSend the handout on its ownThe system map does not depend on the video and never did. It can go out to the list today as its own piece, and the two emails that point at it already work because the page is live.
Job threeRun a cycle end to end on yourselfRegister with your own address, take the full 48 hour window, and read all eleven emails as they arrive. That is the whole sequence tested with real timing, and it needs no recording to be worth doing.

What changes when it lands

Less than people expect, which is the point of having built it this way.

ThingNowAfter
This page URLLive, shareableIdentical. The link in every email and every page already points here.
The player frameFrame with the running order beneath itSame frame, with the video in it. The chapter list stays exactly where it is.
The chapter timingsFinal, from the locked cutUnchanged. They were taken from the edit, not estimated, which is why they are exact.
The eleven emailsApproved, sending, real linksUntouched. None of them mentions a recording that does not exist.
The handout and deckComplete and standing aloneUnchanged. They were written to work without it.
What a registrant getsThe full written session and the mapThe same, plus 80 minutes of it built on screen.
Why this page was built before the video

Because the link has to be stable before anything points at it. Eleven emails, four other pages and the launch pack all reference this URL already. Publishing the page first and dropping the file in later means nothing downstream is rewritten on the day the edit finishes.

Start with the map

The system map is the handout from this session and it stands on its own. Take it now, put it beside your account, and you can build steps one and two before the recording is in the player above.
