Content That Converts, run of show

Internal document for whoever is hosting, moderating and running the deck. Every segment has a clock time, a length, a deck section and the thing that has to be on screen. Follow it in order and the session lands at 90 minutes.

The open

Host says. Welcome to Day 1. Three days, three moves, in order. Today is Content, tomorrow is Conversation, Thursday is Conversion and the reveal. Here is the only thing I need from you right now: open your own Instagram, go to your last ten posts, and have a notepad next to you. We are not starting with theory. We are starting with your feed.

Do not introduce yourself for more than twenty seconds and do not run through the agenda slide by slide. The audit is the hook and it has to be underway inside the first five minutes.

The 90 minutes

Segment by segment

Clock CTMinSegmentWhat happens on screenDeck
12:005Welcome and the askCamera only. Get everyone into their own feed with a notepad openHero
12:0512The ten post auditDeck table on screen. Moderator reposts the blank sheet. Host reads three real rows out of chat01
12:178Why the effort is wastedThe two column contrast. Land the free consultation line and pause on it02
12:2515The three pillarsThree cards. Ask the room which pillar they have never posted. Answer is Engagement almost every time03
12:4012The weekly mixRatio graphic, then the six slot table built live against one volunteer business04
12:5215Mapping to the magnetFlow diagram, then the mapping table. Take two more volunteer themes from chat05
13:077Viral is not valuableStat row, then the two published client figures, Jared and Brad. No other coach figure gets said on air06
13:1410The batch frameworkFour hour table, then the four rules. This is the segment people screenshot07
13:246Homework and Day 2Both tasks on screen, deadline stated twice, Day 2 named as what happens after they reply08
Timing risk. The audit at 12:05 and the mapping at 12:52 are the two segments that overrun. If the audit is still running at 12:20, cut the volunteer themes at 12:52 down to one and protect the batch framework, which is the segment that earns Day 2 attendance.
04

Moderator, during

Chat plan

  1. 12:06. Post the blank two column audit sheet. Repost at 12:12 and 12:16.
  2. 12:30. Ask the room to type which pillar they post least. Feed three answers to the host by name.
  3. 12:55. Ask for two content themes to map live. Pick ones from different niches.
  4. 13:20. Post the Day 2 link and the homework, both, as one message.
  5. Throughout. Log every question you cannot answer. Anything asked twice goes into the Day 2 open.
05

Verbatim, last 60 seconds

The close

Host says. Two things before you go. Mark every NONE on your audit, that is your backlog and it is already written. Then write one Engagement post and put it in the group before noon tomorrow. Tomorrow is Conversation, which is what happens after somebody replies to that post, and we are opening on your threads. Same time, 12 Central.
