We don’t guarantee revenue. We guarantee the diagnosis. Show up, participate and fill your notebook. If you leave without a clear diagnosis of your stage, a written list of your bottlenecks, the frameworks that solve them and a 90-day plan, we refund your money in full.

Before you apply

What if I’m between stages?

Perfect. You’ll learn the stage you’re in and the stage you’re moving toward, so you can build the systems now, before the next bottleneck hits.

What if my bottleneck isn’t covered?

Highly unlikely. We’ve diagnosed hundreds of coaching businesses and the bottlenecks are predictable by stage. If yours is unique, that’s what the panel hot seat is for.

Can I bring a team member?

The workshop is for the owner or founder. If you want, you can buy a second ticket for a team member at $2,500 per person.

What if I can’t make the dates?

We run these regularly. If this one doesn’t work, we’ll put you on the list for the next one. First come, first served.

I’m not on AR Funnel yet. Can I still attend?

Yes. The frameworks work regardless of your CRM. If you want to switch to AR Funnel, we can help with that too.

What if I need to cancel?

Full refund 30 or more days out, or we find you a new date. 50% at 15 to 29 days. No refund inside 14 days, because we’ve turned away other coaches to hold your spot.

Will this be recorded?

Yes, for content. Not for replay.

What’s the dress code?

Dress the part. You will be on camera.

Where do I stay?

We send hotel recommendations near the venue once you’re in.
